The Okuapeman Organization, an affiliate member of the Ghana National Council of Metropolitan Chicago (GNC), recently made a significant impact in the fight against childhood hunger by volunteering at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in Libertyville, Illinois. FMSC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing nutritious meals to malnourished children around the world.​​​
